Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By connecting a wallet to alphapulsebot.com, joining the AlphaPulse Telegram channel, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using any part of the service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What AlphaPulse is — and is not

AlphaPulse is an information service. It observes public on-chain activity on the Solana blockchain and sends notifications when certain patterns occur. AlphaPulse does not:

• custody, hold, or have access to your funds or private keys;
• execute trades on your behalf;
• guarantee any return, profit, or loss avoidance;
• provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Every trade you place after seeing a signal is your own decision, made with your own wallet, on your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including tax law and any restrictions on memecoin / digital asset trading.

4. Subscription, payment, and access

• Subscriptions are paid in USDC on Solana to the address shown in the checkout flow. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, your access is activated and a one-time invite link to the private Telegram VIP channel is sent to you.
• Subscription periods run from the moment of activation. We may pause, suspend, or revoke access if we detect abuse (re-selling signals, mass-forwarding, account sharing, automated re-broadcasting).
• All sales are final. Because each signal has immediate, time-sensitive value once delivered, we do not offer refunds. If the Service is materially broken for an extended period we may, at our sole discretion, credit your account a prorated extension.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• forward, mirror, re-sell, or otherwise redistribute signals;
• scrape or systematically extract data from the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, captchas, or access controls;
• use the Service to facilitate money laundering or sanctions evasion;
• connect a wallet that is on a sanctions list (OFAC SDN etc.).

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error. Signal data is generated automatically and may be late, wrong, or missed entirely.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaPulse, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version at alphapulsebot.com/terms and update the “Effective” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by leaving the Telegram channel and disconnecting your wallet. We may terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s competent courts.
